Thank you for choosing Oud No. 1. Due to the nature of our fragrance products, and to ensure the highest hygiene and quality standards for all customers, we operate a strict No Returns and No Exchanges Policy for this item.
 

1. No Returns or Exchanges

All sales of Oud No. 1 are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the product has been purchased, whether opened or unopened.
 

2. Hygiene & Product Integrity

Fragrance products cannot be returned for resale once they leave our premises. This policy ensures the safety, authenticity, and freshness of every bottle of Oud No. 1.
 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Our packaging is designed to ensure your item arrives without damages - however we will offer a replacement if:

The item arrives damaged, and

You notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and

You provide photo or video evidence of the damage and packaging.

If the incorrect product is sent, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
 

4. Allergies & Personal Preference

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for reasons related to:

Personal dislike of the scent

Sensitivity or allergic reactions

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

We recommend reviewing all product information before purchasing.
